Your data is used exclusively to operate, display, and secure your purchased whiteboard slot.

What Information We Collect & Why

To operate our self-service software canvas, we collect only the minimum necessary details required to run your promotion:

  • ▪Public Display Data — Your name, phone number, real estate listings, links, and public notes that you explicitly choose to input to be showcased on the whiteboard.
  • ▪Account & Technical Data — Your email address, profile credentials, and internal identifiers used by our secure backend systems to keep your slot safe and modifiable by you.
  • ▪Usage Metadata — Standard, anonymous technical info (IP address, browser type) to optimize our platform's global load speed and prevent automated bot spam.

Enterprise-Grade Payment Security

We do not store your credit card or bank account details on our servers. All financial transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment partner (such as Stripe). Your payment information is encrypted using secure, bank-level encryption protocol (SSL/TLS) and processed entirely outside our local database.

How We Protect Agent Data

  • ✓Public visitors cannot query, scrape, or access your non-public contact information.
  • ✓Only verified system procedures can read your data to display your authorized public canvas slot.
  • ✓Private contact data, transaction history, and internal account records are isolated from the public API surface.
  • ✓Payment processing is fully outsourced to a PCI-compliant third-party (Stripe) — no card data touches our servers.
  • ✓Compliance certifications are timestamped and permanently logged as immutable legal receipts.

Your Rights & Data Deletion

You maintain complete control over your information. Once your slot's active showcase duration expires, or if you wish to have your account records permanently deleted from our database, you can contact our administration team at any time at support@collectivewhiteboard.com to request immediate data erasure.
